Dr. Walid Benaissa earned his doctorate from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2004. He is passionate about helping others and enthusiastic about always continuing his dental education to keep abreast of the new services, philosophies, and especially state-of-the-art technology which he fervently brings to our practice to increase the quality and comfort of your care. In addition to his general dentistry credentials, Dr. Benaissa accomplished the Maxicourse at the New York University of Dental Medicine. This broadened his experience with occlusion (how teeth fit together when you bite), dental implant restoration (abutment and crown phase), and full-mouth reconstruction. As a dentist in Newton Centre, Dr. Benaissa is honored to help his patients by providing a wide variety of treatment options for their oral health needs.

Manager
Camila has 10+ years of experience in dentistry and first joined our team in 2012. We congratulate her on her recent completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Management at Framingham State University!
Camila grew up in Brazil where she often goes to visit her family. Outside of work, her hobbies include traveling and going to concerts. She also loves her little Pomeranian dog named Mel.
Marinila
Lead Dental Assistant
Marinila has been working in the dental world for 20 years now, and joined the Newton Smile Centre in 2012. She attended college in the Dominican Republic for one year before moving to the dental assisting program at the Bryman Institute. She has also attended the radiology certification program at Boston University, has received additional education in cosmetic and esthetic dentistry at the Nash Institute for Dental Learning, and has taken SPR and ESL certification courses at Beverly Community College. She loves working with people!
Marinila was born in the Dominican Republic. Today, she lives in Lynn, MA. She comes from a music-loving family and enjoys buying new shoes. Marinila speaks both Spanish and English.
Nicole
Dental Hygienist
Nicole came to the dental field from a biomedical research background, including internships at the University of Massachusetts and Harvard Medical Schools. She graduated summa cum laude as a as a certified dental assistant in 2016, and again as a registered dental hygienist in 2018.
As a clinician, Nicole strives to uphold the highest standard of care with a focus on empowering patients through education and individualized treatment. Throughout her career she has worked with a diverse patient population, specializing in both pediatric care as well as in the treatment of periodontitis and advanced oral diseases. While in the dental hygiene program at Quinsigamond Community College, Nicole helped to coordinate the Kid Seal program for the City of Worcester. She continues to be passionate about promoting the oral health and overall wellbeing of her community.
A resident of Arlington, Nicole enjoys exploring the world through reading, hiking and gardening. She is an active volunteer minister in her local congregation, and loves cooking for family and friends.
Tiffany
Dental Hygienist
Tiffany Tran was born in Vietnam and came to the United States from Vietnam with her grandparents at the age of 8. She completed her education through high school as a straight A student in all classes! In her senior year at Brighton High School, Tiffany earned a prestigious academic title of a Salutatorian with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 4.64. She attended College of the Holy Cross in Worcester for an undergraduate with a major in sociology with pre-medical concentration. After completing four years at Holy Cross, Tiffany attended Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and health sciences with a dental hygiene concentration. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2012.
In 2013, Tiffany joined a dental mission with Dr. Vincent to Jacmel, Haiti, providing dental care to underprivileged residents. Tiffany enjoys traveling to different parts of the world with her husband Ken and their children Liam and Mindy. They enjoy watching Patriot’s football on weekends and also fishing and camping.
